This Privacy Policy describes how the GLP-1 Wellness Program ("we," "us," or "our"), operated through the website movu.fit and associated toll-free telephone service, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information from and about consumers in the United States who interact with our services. This service is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA and does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI).
By calling our toll-free number, visiting our website, or receiving communications from us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect limited information in connection with our inbound telephone qualification service:

What we do NOT collect: We do not collect your name, date of birth, Social Security number, insurance information, medical records, diagnoses, or any protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Our AI assistant is designed to avoid requesting or storing such data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To send you SMS messages containing links to schedule a free physician consultation and information about related health and wellness products and services (including but not limited to hormone therapy, hair restoration, skincare, and wellness supplements), if you provide verbal consent during your call.
- To determine whether you are a potential candidate for a GLP-1 consultation or other health and wellness services we offer.
- To maintain records of consent for legal and regulatory compliance.
- To monitor call quality and improve our service.
- To honor opt-out and suppression requests.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our service:
- Telephony provider (Twilio): Processes SMS delivery on our behalf. Receives your phone number and message content. Subject to Twilio's privacy policy.
- AI call platform (Retell AI): Hosts and processes the telephone conversation. Receives call audio and metadata.
- URL shortening service (Short.io): Generates the shortened link in your SMS. Does not receive your phone number or personal information.
- Database provider (Airtable): Stores call records and delivery logs. Phone numbers are hashed where possible.
- Affiliate network: When you click the link in your SMS and schedule a consultation, the affiliate network receives a click identifier (not your phone number or personal details) to track the referral.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Text Messaging
If you verbally consent during your call, we will send text messages to the phone number you called from. The initial message contains a link to schedule a free consultation with a licensed physician. You may also receive periodic messages about related health and wellness products and services covered by your consent.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive an initial message immediately, and may receive additional messages periodically.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to be removed from our messaging. Your opt-out is processed immediately.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at compliance@movu.fit.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
6. Your Rights
6a. All U.S. Consumers
You have the right to:
- Opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP.
- Request information about the data we have collected about you.
- Request deletion of your data by contacting us at compliance@movu.fit.
6b. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

7. Data Retention
We retain call recordings and associated consent records for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements and for dispute resolution purposes. SMS delivery logs are retained for two (2) years. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure storage through our service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our AI assistant includes an age verification question and will not proceed with the qualification process or send SMS messages to anyone who indicates they are under 18.
10. AI Disclosure
When you call our toll-free number, you will be speaking with an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, not a human. This is disclosed within the first 10 seconds of every call, in compliance with applicable federal and state AI transparency requirements (including Colorado SB24-205, Utah AI Policy Act, and California SB 243). The AI assistant does not make medical recommendations or prescribe treatments. Its sole function is to determine your interest level and, with your consent, send you a link to schedule a consultation with a licensed human physician.
11. Do Not Track
Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Our website uses no cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
